The Real Healthy Food

The granola is a mixture of seeds, grains and nuts, involved in a sweet syrup. But not all granola are healthy. We must be very careful about supermarket labels because many granola have a high level of fat and sugars. And in such a crowded world we often do not have the time to always see these details and we do not even know how to choose the best for us. My suggestion for you is to opt for homemade granola. And I also know that it takes a lot of time to prepare.

That's why I suggest the Merry Berry granola. A homemade granola, made with natural fruits and grains and a sweet touch to honey.

You have several flavors available

- Banana and Cocoa;

- Apple and Cinnamon;

 - Red Fruits;

- Figs and Raisins.

 I confess that in my weeks of running I leave my granola in the hands of Merry Berry.

Tens vários sabores disponível

- Banana e Cacau;

- Maçã e Canela;

- Frutos Vermelhos;
- Figos e Passas.

Confesso que nas minhas semanas de correria deixo em cargo a minha granola nas mãos da Merry Berry.
