Ingredientes
- 2 ovos
- 200g de espinafres
- 100 ml de leite magro Terra Nostra
- 1 cebola
- Azeite
Preparação
1 - Pica a cebola em bocadinhos pequeninos para uma recipiente.
2- Adiciona os ovos ao recipiente anterior e bate-os.
3- Adiciona aos ovos e a cebola o leite.
4- Adiciona os espinafres e mexe tudo muito bem.
5- Numa frigideira previamente aquecida e untada com azeite adiciona o preparando.
6 - Deixa cozer em lume brando e já está.
