Quem não ama scones acabados de fazer com manteiga? Eu claro que amo!
Mas as versões tradicionais levam açúcar refinados e manteiga com gordura saturada. Menos saudáveis e inimigos de planos de perda de peso ou definição muscular. Mas existe sempre uma versão saudáveis e igualmente tasty.
Ingredientes
-1 cup de Aveia
- 2 maças vermelhas
- 1 colher de café de fermento
-1/4 cup de leite magro (ou bebida vegetal)
- 1 colher de sopa de sementes de chia (opcional!)
Preparação
1- Pré aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
2- Retire a casca e as sementes da maça, para posteriormente a triturar até obter um puré.
3- Numa tijela adicione a aveia, a maça em puré, o fermento, o leite (e a chia - opcional).
4- Faça pequenas bolas com a pasta que obteve e leve ao forno por 20 minutos.
5- Sirva com chá e opções saudáveis, como o mel ou margarina de soja da Alpro.

But the traditional versions take refined sugar and butter with saturated fat. Less healthy and enemies of weight loss or muscle definition plans. But, there is always a healthy and equally tasty version.
Ingredients
-1 cup of Oats
- 2 red apples
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
-1/4 cup of lean milk (or vegetable drink)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional!)
Preparation
1- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
2- Remove the peel and the seeds from the apple, for later to mash until obtaining a puree.
3- In a bowl add the oats, the apple puree, the yeast, the milk (and the chia - optional).
4 - Make small balls with the paste that you obtained and bake for 20 minutes.
5 - Serve with tea and healthy options, such as Alpo's soy margarine or honey.
