Preparation

1- Cut the fruit into cubes. 

2- Put the fruits on the kebab stick in a random way and intervale the colors.

- Half apple. 

Preparation 

1- Peel the apple and wash the blueberries.

2 - Put everything together in a blender and beat for 2 minutes.

Ingredientes

- 1 banana grande madura.

- 2 colheres de sopa de pepitas de cacau 100%.

- 1 copo pequeno de flocos de aveia.

- 1 colher de chá de canela.

Preparação

1 - Colocar a banana numa tigela no microondas para ficar desfeita, género de papa.

2 - Misturar todos os ingredientes numa tigela.

3 - Pre-aquecer o forno a 180 ºC.

4- Fazer o formato de bolachas com a mãos.

5 - Colocar num recipiente as bolachas obtidas para levar ao forno.

6 - Deixar cozinhar, no máximo de 20 minutos, no forno.

Ingredients

Preparation

O nosso prato tradicional de sardinhas também pode ser bem saudável. 

Oh quem é que não ama uma boa sardinha? Começamos em Junho e levamos este prato pelo verão inteiro. É nestes momentos que amo viver na capital e numa cidade à beira mar. Posso desfrutar deste prato o Verão inteiro.

Aqui fica a minha sugestão saudável:

-sardinha grelhada na brasa temperada só com sal;

- pimento grelhado na brasa temperado com azeite, sal e vinagre;

- tomate e cebola biológica temperados com sal e azeite;

- broa de milho (é opcional e podem trocar por uma batata cozida);

Our traditional sardine can also be healthy.

- grilled sardines seasoned only with salt;

- grilled pepper seasoned with olive oil, salt and vinegar;

- cornbread (it is optional and it can be exchanged for a baked potato);
