Tenho vindo a investigar formas de fazer muffins rápidos, deliciosos e muito saudáveis para acompanhar com um chá com os amigos, para levar para o trabalho ou até mesmo para dar aos pequeninos da minha famÃlia.

Ingredientes

- 1 cup de smoothie oats da Rude Health
- 1 colher de café de fermento
Preparação

1 - Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC.
2- Coloque todos os ingredientes num recipiente e misture-os. Caso verifique que a massa não esteja cremosa use uma varinha mágica para unificar a massa durante 2 minutos.
3 - Adicione o preparado às formas de silicone de muffins.

4- Deixa cozer pelo menos 15 minutos em forno a 180 ºC.
5- Espete os muffins com um palito para verificar de estão bem cozidos antes de retirar do forno.

- 1 cup of lean milk
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 2 tablespoons rice jelly
- raspberries

4 - Leave to bake at least 15 minutes in oven at 180ºC.
5- Sprinkle the muffins with a toothpick to make sure they are well cooked before removing from the oven.
